Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 11, 2026
1. Who we are
Luminus Print is a business dashboard for 3D-printing businesses, operated by Matheus Lopes as a sole proprietorship doing business as "Luminus Print", based in the State of California, United States ("Luminus Print", "we", "us"). This policy covers the website luminusprint.com and the Luminus Print application.
For anything privacy-related, contact us at privacy@luminusprint.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — your email address, your password (stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text) and your workspace name.
- Workspace content — the data you and your team enter to run your business: products, orders, tasks, ideas, calendar entries, team member names and email addresses, and 3D Studio projects, including photos you attach to them.
- Calculator leads — the public pricing calculator lets you optionally leave an email address to hear from us. Leaving it is not required to use the calculator.
- Billing data — subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer id, subscription status and plan. Your card number is sent directly to Stripe and never touches our servers.
- Security logs — when a request fails authentication, is rate-limited or causes a server error, we log the IP address and a request id so we can investigate abuse. Login attempt IPs are kept temporarily for rate limiting. These logs contain no workspace content.
3. Why we use it
- To provide and operate the service (your workspace is the product).
- To bill your subscription through Stripe.
- To keep the service secure: rate limiting, abuse and fraud prevention.
- To send transactional communication about your account (we do not send marketing to workspace data).
We do not use your data for advertising, we run no third-party analytics or ad-tech, and we never sell your data.
4. Where your data lives
The service runs on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages and the D1 database, on Cloudflare's global network, primarily in the United States). Our only processors are Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Stripe (payments).
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account removes your workspace and its data. Backups are kept for disaster recovery and expire automatically after 30 days.
6. Social media integrations
Luminus Print offers optional, read-only integrations with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok so you can see your social metrics next to your business numbers. If you connect an account, we collect only:
- Instagram / Facebook — follower count, reach, views and per-post engagement of your own account.
- TikTok — follower count, views, likes and your recent videos.
Access is granted by you via OAuth on the platform itself; we never see your social password and we never post on your behalf. Metrics are cached on our servers only to render your analytics. They are deleted when you disconnect the account or delete your workspace, and you can revoke access at any time — in Luminus Print or in the platform's own app settings.
7. Data deletion
- Delete your account and all data: email privacy@luminusprint.com from the email address on your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion of your account, workspace content and cached social metrics within 30 days. Backups containing your data expire within a further 30 days.
- Disconnect a social account only: disconnect it inside Luminus Print, or revoke Luminus Print's access in the platform's settings (Facebook / Instagram / TikTok). Either way, the cached metrics for that account are deleted.
8. Cookies
We use a single essential cookie, lp_session (HttpOnly), to keep you signed in. There are no analytics, tracking or third-party cookies.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live — LGPD (Brazil), GDPR (European Union) or CCPA (California) — you have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@luminusprint.com; we respond within 30 days.
10. Children
Luminus Print is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the effective date at the top will always reflect the current version.
