Terms of Service

1. The service

Luminus Print is a B2B SaaS dashboard for 3D-printing businesses: pricing calculator, inventory, orders, print queue, 3D Studio and business analytics. It is operated by Matheus Lopes as a sole proprietorship doing business as "Luminus Print", based in the State of California, United States ("Luminus Print", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your password and for the people you invite to your workspace. Anything done through your team's accounts is your responsibility.

3. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no illegal activity, no attempts to break, overload or probe it, no reselling access, and no reverse engineering or scraping of the service or of other customers' data.

4. Plans and billing

• Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required.
• Paid plans (early-access pricing): Dashboard US$ 17.90/month and Pro US$ 29.90/month, billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time in the Billing Portal. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• We do not offer refunds — the free trial is the test drive.
• Prices may change; existing subscribers get advance notice before any change applies to them.

5. Your content

Everything you put into your workspace — products, orders, photos, projects — belongs to you. You grant us only the limited license needed to host, process and display it so the service can work. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

6. Our property

The service itself — the software, design, brand and code — belongs to Luminus Print. These terms give you a subscription to use it, not any rights over it.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminus Print's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the effective date above will always reflect the current version. Questions: privacy@luminusprint.com.
